SignaPix manages screens from the cloud, fully offline, or both at once — with the same playlists, groups, scheduling and reporting either way.
Most signage tools assume you have a network engineer on staff, a data centre budget, and screens that never lose connectivity. Real businesses don't work that way — a single shop with one window display, a restaurant with a flaky router, a school with a server room down the hall, or a hospital ward where the WiFi simply can't be trusted for anything critical. We built SignaPix so any of those businesses can run the exact same playlist builder, screen groups, scheduling and reporting tools that a large enterprise gets — without needing enterprise infrastructure to do it.
A lot of "works offline" signage products mean a single screen limping along with cached content and no management. Ours is the opposite: the offline app is a full local admin panel with its own playlists, screen groups, day-parting and reports — it doesn't need the cloud to function, and it doesn't lose features when it's disconnected.
Either a cloud-only platform that goes blank the moment the internet drops, or a purely local media player with no scheduling, no groups, and no way to see whether a screen even played what it was supposed to. Neither fits a business that has some sites with great connectivity and others without, or wants the option to move between the two as it grows.
So SignaPix was built as three deployment modes on one product: fully cloud, fully offline, or hybrid with Hub sync tying them together — plus native players for Android TV, Windows and the browser, and reporting (proof-of-play, uptime per screen, watch-time breakdowns, CSV/PDF export and a scheduled email digest) that works whichever mode you're in.
Cloud, offline, or hybrid — pick per site, change later.
Native players for TV boxes, on-site PCs, and the dashboard.
AI image generation, captions and a poster studio, included.
Uptime %, watch-time and leaderboards — not just a "connected" light.
