Everything people ask us about screens, offline mode, sync, pricing and support — before they talk to a human.

SignaPix is a digital signage platform for businesses that need to manage screens — menu boards, promotional displays, wayfinding, lobby screens, and more — from a simple dashboard instead of manually updating each one. It works for a single-location shop with one screen just as well as a multi-site business running dozens of locations.

Cloud signage is fully browser-managed and works from anywhere with an internet connection. Offline signage runs as a native Windows app that plays content locally with zero internet dependency, and can optionally be paired to a cloud account (as a "Hub") so playlists and media sync down automatically and play logs sync back up. Hybrid means running both cloud and offline/Hub locations together, all managed from one dashboard.

If you're running the offline app, nothing changes — the screen keeps playing whatever content it already has stored locally, with no dependency on a live connection. Once the internet comes back, any pending sync (new playlists, media, or proof-of-play logs) simply resumes. Cloud-only screens are more dependent on connectivity, which is worth factoring in for locations where reliable internet isn't guaranteed.

Screen groups let you bundle multiple screens together — by location, by role, or however makes sense for your business — and assign a playlist to the whole group in one action instead of updating each screen individually. It's especially useful once you're managing more than a handful of screens across one or more locations.

Yes, SignaPix can supply and install physical displays as a separate arrangement alongside the software — everything from standard 32" to 86" screens up to video walls and custom or outdoor sizes. Reach out to discuss hardware needs alongside your signage plan.

SignaPix includes built-in AI tools to help you create content faster: AI image generation, AI caption writing, and a poster studio for building promotional graphics without needing separate design software. They're built into the platform so you can go from an idea to screen-ready content in the same workflow.

SignaPix's Reports v2 gives you proof-of-play logs, plays-over-time charts, a device leaderboard, and uptime percentage per screen calculated from real heartbeat history, plus a per-playlist and per-media watch-time breakdown. Reports export to CSV or PDF, and cloud or Hub-connected accounts can also get a scheduled email digest instead of having to check the dashboard manually.

Plans typically include a trial period — the exact length can vary by plan, so check the current plan details on the pricing page for specifics before you sign up.

SignaPix supports three players: a browser-based dashboard for cloud-managed screens, a native Windows app for offline installs, and a dedicated Android TV app with local caching and a streaming fallback if the device's storage fills up. You can mix and match players across your screens depending on the hardware and setup at each location.

Yes, SignaPix offers custom and individual billing plans for larger or bespoke deployments that don't fit neatly into a standard plan — for example, a specific number of screens, a mix of cloud and offline/Hub locations, or unusual billing needs. Get in touch to discuss what you're running and a plan can be put together around it.
